In order to further speed up administrative procedures and to help you obtain your battery registration more quickly, as of today a registration application under the Batteries Act can only be submitted if the commissioned collection scheme named in the application has confirmed your participation. If this is not (yet) the case, you can still cache the data entered in the application screen. In addition, as of today, company documents (e.g. trade register excerpts and their translation for companies based abroad and trade register excerpts or business licence for manufacturers based in Germany) must already be uploaded when the company data is entered. Please therefore have the relevant documents ready when submitting your application!
