Participation in producer guarantee system
Producers/authorised representatives can prove an insolvency safe guarantee by participating in a producer guarantee system that is recognised by stiftung ear as generally suitable to finance waste equipment disposal. For this you make a contract under private law with one of the suppliers active on the market to participate in their producer guarantee system.
Guarantee systems
If you as a producer/authorised representative would like to provide a collective proof of guarantee then choose from the suppliers published below the one that you would like to make a contract with about the performance of the guarantee service. Please note that private charges will arise to be paid to the service provider. Stiftung ear has no influence on these charges.
The producer guarantee system will transmit your guarantee details to stiftung ear.
On application of the respective system suppliers, stiftung ear checked the general suitability of the system on offer for financing the disposal of waste equipment and determined the suitability of the following systems based on from 24th October 2015:
